When a new order comes in with the selected payment method being financing, the next step is for the admin/agent to review the financing application. To review an application, click the review icon in the image above.
During the review process, if there are any recommendations the agent has for the customer in order for their application to be approved, the agent can make those recommendations by simply clicking the checkbox beside the field in question – as illustrated in the image above.
When a recommendation to the customer is made, the customer will receive a notification informing them to log in and update their application accordingly. Once complete, admins will receive an email notification informing them the customer has updated their application and it is to be reviewed once again. If everything is good to go and they’re approved for the requested vehicle financing, to go ahead and mark the application as approved, on the Order Admin Details page, click on the lime green approve icon as seen in the image below.
After the application has been approved, the customer will be directed to the checkout page where they will be prompted to pay their deposit to officially begin the search process.
