When customers submit the driver’s license for ID verification, a front and back image are submitted. To review a submitted driver’s license, navigate to the Order Admin Details page, and within the ID verification you’ll see the front and back images of the submitted driver’s license. Simply click on either image to expand it to inspect it.

When inspecting the front of the driver’s license look to make sure it looks real, next, copy the driver’s license number, open a new tab and enter the following url: https://www.dlc.rus.mto.gov.on.ca/dlc/enter-details There, input the driver’s license number hit next and follow the prompts from there to check if the license itself is a valid license of Ontario. If the results are a Valid driver’s license and everything else with the front and back images look good, then navigate back to the Order Admin Details page and click the “Approve” button to verify the customer’s driver’s license.
