After your ID and Authorization Form have been submitted and approved, we then proceed to prepare your vehicle for pick up. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you an email notification to let you know that it’s ready, and you can now schedule an appointment to pick it up.
To carry those actions out, once you log back in, press the “Book Appointment” button and then select your preferred date and time in the following pop-up window.
When coming in to pick up your vehicle, please ensure that you have your cashier’s cheque along with your car insurance as they will be needed in order for us to release your vehicle to you.
Lastly, once you’ve booked you appointment you will receive a confirmation email stating that your appointment has been booked and confirmed.
