If the selected payment method prior to checkout is ‘Financing’, you will be presented with a financing application to be filled out prior to checking out and paying your deposit. Financing Applications will very rarely be declined. During the review process, our agents will review your application and if necessary, will let you know if they have any recommendations to get your application approved at an acceptable rate to you.

Once your application has been approved, you’ll then be directed to pay your checkout and pay your deposit in order for the our search process to begin.
