The Authorization Form is our version of the Ontario Third Party Letter of Authorization needed by the ministry of Ontario whenever the transfer of vehicle ownership is about to take place by a third party on the behalf of, in this case. the customer. When a customer submits their authorization for verification, admins will receive a notification prompting them to log in and verify the Auth. Form. To verify a submitted auth. form, click on the View Details icon to open up the pop-up window containing the user’s entries.

When reviewing the customer’s entries, to verify the auth form, you’re simply looking to make sure that everything is accurate/makes sense. Since the bulk of what the customer is entering here is contact info, just cross reference it with the information that has already been entered earlier in the order to verify that everything matches up for the most part. Once you’re confident that everything is good, close the window and you can preview the what outputted pdf will be by clicking the “PDF Document” icon. (as seen in the image below)

Here on the preview of the pdf, you can do one final check of the info entered to ensure that all customer entered information is good. Once satisfied, return back to the Order Admin Details page there you can approve the auth. form by clicking the approve icon. (as seen in the image below)
