Once you’ve found the vehicle(s) for an order and have gathered all necessary information, it’s time to create the vehicle listings. To add a new vehicle listing, go to the Order Admin Details page and click on the “+ Add New Vehicle” button as seen in the image above.
The Add New Vehicle page is a simple form page where you the admin will need to enter all the details pertaining to the vehicle for the customer to be able to make their informed decision of whether the details of this vehicle are enough for me to want to make a purchase. Below we’ll break down and explain the type of info that belongs in each field.
GENERAL #
Title
The title field will serve as the title of this vehicle. It’s a good idea to make the title a little unique especially if multiple vehicle listings are going to be created. ex: Porshe Cayenne 2019 Black.
Year
Although, we mentioned above to enter the year in the title, it’s good practice to have the year of the vehicle stated on its own as well. So in this field simply enter the year of the vehicle.
Price
Enter the price of this vehicle before taxes.
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
The VIN number will need to be entered here as it will be used to pre-fill the VIN field in the Authorization Form.
Mileage
Enter the current mileage of the vehicle in kilometres.
Description
A vivid yet brief description of the vehicle, its state, condition, and key features can go a long way in selling a vehicle to a customer. Be sure to take full advantage of this field with your descriptions.
MEDIA #
Cover Image
The Cover Image will serve as the main thumbnail image of the vehicle listing on the Vehicle Options page and everywhere else your vehicle listing will show up outside of the vehicle details page.
Gallery Images
Here, upload all supporting images for this vehicle. Ex: Exterior shots, interior shots, under the hood shots, trunk space shots, etc.

Should you have a video for the vehicle listing upload it here.
VEHICLE DETAILS #
Number of Seats
Enter the number of seats the vehicle has.
Number of Doors
Enter the number of doors the vehicle has.
Transmission
Select the transmission of the vehicle.
Drivetrain
Select the drivetrain of the vehicle.
Fuel Type
Select the fuel type of the vehicle.
Fuel Consumption
Enter the amount of fuel (in litres) the vehicle uses per 100km.
Color
Enter the color of the vehicle.
Interior Color
Specify the interior color of the vehicle.
Interior Design
Describe the interior of the vehicle. Ex: Leather, Fabric, etc.
Trim
Specify the trim of the vehicle.
Features
Select all the features that apply to the vehicle.
Finally press add and your new vehicle listing will be created. Should you need to, you can always come back to edit your vehicle listing at anytime.
Once you’ve added all the vehicle listings, press the “Vehicle Ready for Review” button. (as seen in the image above) Pressing this button will notify the customer to login to review the vehicle option(s) made for them and ultimately continue with the vehicle ordering process.
