When a new full (cash) order comes in, as long as the deposit has been paid, the search for the customer’s desired vehicle is officially underway and the next step is to add a new vehicle. (View Add a New Vehicle article.)
If the deposit is unpaid, the system will send out automatic abandoned cart emails to the customer to remind them to pay their deposit so we an proceed with their order process. As long as the deposit remains unpaid, we will not be able to proceed any further with their order.
